Marketing and Props for Photographers

Terms of Sale

Ordering
Consider your order carefully… read the policies on this page… pay attention to dimensions – different sizes work for different photographers.    PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU ARE ORDERING SO THAT I CAN CONTACT YOU REGARDING  YOUR ORDER.  When you submit your order and pay, you will receive a receipt as will I.     I will process the order and send a batch of orders to the manufacturer.   You can expect delivery in about 2 weeks, sometimes sooner.

Shipping
Continental US shipping is $15 for first bowl, $10 each additional. (Larger bowls, like those priced around $70 may have extra shipping).  Expected delivery is about 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner).
Rush shipping is only available SOMETIMES  and incurs heavy fees – so plan ahead and order before you need something :)
Alaska and Hawaii are extra.  International orders are taken only during designated weeks and estimated additional fees follow :  $45 for Canada, $75 overseas

Back Orders/Out of Stock Items
With the volume of orders that are placed, especially during special events,  items may run out of stock.  It is impossible to predict this.  If that happens that item will be marked online and a notice sent to anyone that has already placed an order giving options to wait, replace with another item, or receive a refund.  Out of stock items usually are replenished in a matter of 4-8 weeks.

Cancellation of Orders
Except in rare circumstances orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  In order to provide timely delivery of items, orders are processed sometimes as quickly as minutes after the order is placed.  Once processed there are no procedures for cancellation unless you agree to incur restocking fees as well as possible return shipping fees.

Returns
Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect fulfillment.  The combination of paying for shipping to you and postage for a return makes it unfavorable for you to return your item for any other reason.  Email me for possible assistance in these cases in finding your bowl a new owner :)  ALL SALES ARE FINAL 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT, INCLUDING INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Incorrect/Refused Shipments
Marketing and Props is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses you provide.  If the postage is paid and a package is undeliverable, you will be responsible for original postage AND for additional postage if you request that it be resent.  Should you (or anyone at the address provided) refuse your shipment, you are responsible for original postage AND additional postage if you request that it be resent.

Damaged Items
Should you receive an item with damage, you should retain the packaging and email debi@lifesimages.com as soon as possible describing the damage specifically, with pictures close and far to determine the extent of damage.  We will work toward a mutually fair solution for your particular situation.  You have 5 business days from date of delivery to report damages so inspect your package immediately.
